  1. Awesome pancakes- added only 1 tspn of salt. Also added some vanilla extract. Used whole milk w 2 tbsns of fresh squeezed lemon juice

  4. The milk is a little too much for the amount of flour. I added a little more and it was fine.

Whole wheat flour make a healthier pancake that still tastes great, I make a very nice pancake without getting all complicated like you do, just put in 2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, buttermilk or milk with lemon juice, 1 egg stirred in and I put the blueberries in batter (usually frozen since they are easy to keep around), then preheated stainless steel pan with sunflower oil, 5 mins per side on medium low heat and …. pancake heaven fast.

  7. Wanted to make these but it was so difficult hunting down the amounts of everything I finally gave up. Do better.
