Tasty & Healthy Village Food Recipe – Hilsa Fish & Taro Leaves Mashed Cooking in Village by Women

Huge taro leaves collected from Village & processing then cooking delicious Hilsa/Elish fish mixed mashed/Curry to feed about 300 village people.

First lady collect lots of taro leaves & that is free in village then they cutting hilsa fish and cutting taro leaves together.

About 15 lady working together to feed whole village people.

Then they clean fish and taro leaves and then they boiled all the taro leaves and cooking holsa fish curry.

They also cook about 70 KG rice to serve with mashed/ghonto.

This food called in Bengali “Elish macher kochu shak ghonto”

After finish cooking women serve the food to whole village people.
