Sesame Rice Recipe
Ingredients For Masala:

Cooked Rice – 1 bowl
Sesame Seeds – 2 Tbsp
Toor Dal – 1 Tbsp
Red Chillis – 5 to 6 nos.
Dry Coconut (kopparai) – 1 Tbsp

for tempering:
Oil – 1 Tbsp
Chana Dal – 1 tsp
Urad Dal – 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Peanuts – few
Cashew nuts – few
asafoetida powder – a pinch
red chilli – 2 nos.
curry leaves – few
salt

Method:
1. Dry roast Sesame seeds, toor dal, red chillis & dry coconut
2. Let them cool and grind to powder
3. Temper chana dal, urad dal, mustard seeds, peanuts & cashew nuts, asafoetida powder, red chillis, curry leaves & salt
4. Add the rice and mix well in low flame
5. Add the masla powder and check for seasoning.
6. Finally add ghee, mix well and serve hot!
