How to make Puri | STREET FOOD PURI | Fluffy Puri | Salted Fried Chillis

Delicious Puri recipe is simple and really easy to make. 3 different varieties from same dough!
1. Paratha Puri, 2. Large Round (perfect with curry) 3. Small Round (what I call Sunday Morning Puri) You’ll have Street Food Puri and Chilli in no time at all. Sink them with a cup of Masala Chai ?! I’ll Post that recipe soon !

INGREDIENTS FOR APPROX 8-10 PURIS

OIL TO FRY

1 CUP CHAPATI FLOUR
2-3 TBSP VEG/CORN/SUNFLOWER OIL
1/2 TSP SALT
1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
1/4 TEASPOON CHILLI POWDER
50-70 ML WATER (JUST ADD ENOUGH TO BIND WELL)

SALTED FRIED CHILLI

4-5 HOT GREEN CHILLI ( CAN USE SLICES OF BELL PEPPER TOO )
PINCH OF SALT

IMPORTANT**
(BE SURE TO SLICE THE WHOLE CHILLIS BEFORE FRYING. THIS STOPS THEM FROM BURSTING!)
