here is another meal prep easy ,delicious and healthy

INGREDIENTS:

3 INGREDIENTS ONLY

Potatoes
Green beans
fish

step 1:

prepare your vegetable and boil it for 5 to 7 mnt add little salt (make sure are half cooked)

step 2:

prepare aside your fish filet by adding all spices, black pepper, paprika,oregano

step 3:

in gratin dish add little olive oil on it and put your fish in middle and the vegetables around it

step 4:

topped the olive oil and oregano to the gratin dish and keep it in over preheated on 280°c for 10 to 15 mnt

step 5: serve it hot with any side sauce on your choice ,I used cocktail sauce ?
