Braised Chicken with Shiitake Mushrooms Recipe
800g chicken, cut to pieces:
5 pieces of shiitake mushrooms, soaked and halved:
120g of carrots, cut to pieces:
1/4 tsp of pepper:
1/4 tsp of salt
3 pieces of pickled sour plums:
5 cloves of garlic, crushed:
1 tbsp of oyster sauce:
1 tbsp of light soy sauce:
1/4 tsp sesame oil:
4 pieces of dried chilli:
4 pieces of parsley stems and roots:
1 tbsp of tapioca flour:
1.5 cups of water
