  12. A more authentic way to make the Chinese tomato egg is frying the egg first, fry the tomato separately, then add the egg to the tomatoes and fry them together once more! Believe me it will be more delicious!

  14. One thing I recommend is to fry the egg without stirring until it's a bit crispy then put tomato in, eggs will taste way more fragrance.
