1) Ginger pices – 1/2 cup
2) Red dry chillis – 15 to 20 or according to your taste
3) Garlic – 8 to 10 pices
4) Bangal gram pulses – 1 tsp
5) Split washed black gram – 1 tsp
6) Tamarind pulp – 2 to 3 tbsp
7) Jaggery – 2 tbsp
8) Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
9) Salt – as per taste
10) Cooking oil – 4 to 5 tbsp
11) Boiled water – 1 Cup
